It is the one day a year that you should be spoiled (or at least get some free food). For my 28th birthday, I wanted to share 28 birthday freebies you should sign up for.
Some stores provide coupons on your birthday but the list below has only free items (no 20% coupon or $10 off).
Side note: you most likely will have to sign up for an email list or free rewards program to get the freebie. This is normal so they know it is your birthday. You can always unsubscribe after if you no longer want emails. Make sure to check the rules for each of the offers below (some require you to sign up at least a week before your birthday).
Applebee’s: Sign up for the email club and get a free gift on your birthday. It could be a free appetizer, entrée, or dessert.
Bojangles’: Bojangles’ will send you a coupon for a free biscuit with purchase on your birthday if you enroll in its E-Club.
Chick-Fil-A: Free birthday reward. It can differ based on your location since they are franchised.
Chili’s: Free dessert when you sign up for a My Chili’s account.
Cracker Barrel: Free dessert on your birthday. No signup needed.
Dunkin’ Donuts: Sign up for DD Perks and receive a free drink on your birthday.
Edible Arrangements: Join Edible Rewards and receive a free 12 count chocolate dipped fruit box during your birthday month.
Firehouse Subs: Sign up for Firehouse Rewards and get a free medium sub the week of your birthday.
Jersey Mikes: Get a coupon for a free birthday sub and drink when you sign up for the email club. The best part?
IHOP: Free meal on your birthday
Krispy Kreme: Free donut on your birthday.
Longhorn Steakhouse: Free dessert when you purchase an entrée.
Moe’s Southwest Grill: Subscribe to Moe’s Rewards program and receive a free birthday burrito.
Nothing Bundt Cakes: Free Bundtlet on your birthday if you sign up for the eClub
Olive Garden: Receive a free dessert when you purchase an entrée.
Panera: Sign up for MyPanera to get a free birthday reward. It could be a free pastry or sweet or a free coffee, tea, or soda reward.
P.F. Chang’s: Join the P.F. Chang’s Rewards program and get a free appetizer or dessert during your birthday month.
Redbox: Create a Redbox Perks account to score a free one-night DVD rental for your birthday month.
Red Robin: Free burger when you join the red robin royalty program. Valid during your birthday month.
Sephora: Sign up for Sephora’s Beauty Insider program reminder to get a complimentary birthday gift.
Sidewall Pizza: If you are located in the Upstate of SC, you can get a FREE 14’ pizza when you sign up for Sidewall’s birthday club.
Smashbox: Register for the rewards program and receive a free gift during your birthday month.
Starbucks: Register for Starbucks rewards at least 30 days ahead for a free drink or treat on your birthday. I always get a venti iced vanilla latte with an extra shot (no price limit on your free birthday drink!)
TCBY: Free frozen yogurt for myTCBY loyalty members.
Ulta: Receive a free birthday gift with Ultamate Rewards.
Waffle House: Free waffle on your birthday.
Yogurt Mountain: Join the YOMO Club and get free yogurt on your birthday.
